DTF PRINT
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is the latest evolution in garment decoration. Designs are printed onto a special film with adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto virtually any fabric. The result is vivid, flexible prints with incredible wash durability — on cotton, polyester, nylon, and everything in between.

THE PROCESS
Film Printing
Your full-colour design is printed with CMYK and white ink onto a clear PET film using a specialised DTF printer.
Powder Application
Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink on the film, creating the bond that will attach the design to the fabric.
Heat Press Transfer
The powdered film is heat-pressed onto the garment, melting the adhesive and permanently bonding the design to the fabric.
Finished Products
The final result — vivid, flexible, full-colour prints on any fabric type, ready for the field or the street.
