THE PROCESS
Design Printing
Your full-colour artwork is printed onto special sublimation transfer paper using vibrant dye-based inks.
Transfer Preparation
The printed transfer is carefully aligned with the garment panel, ready to be heat-pressed for permanent bonding.
Heat Press Application
Under high heat and pressure, the ink converts to gas and penetrates the polyester fibres, becoming part of the fabric.
Finished Products
